Gainwell embarked on the Sales Career Development Process (SCDP) journey in 2018, and since then the salesforce is being groomed for advanced-level certification across all business units. Through SCDP it has been a constant endeavour to upgrade the learning curve towards continuous improvement.
We take immense pride in announcing that Caterpillar has recognized Gainwell as Sales Career Development Process Accredited (SCDP-A) dealer. The prestigious recognition places us as the 1st dealer in Asia Pacific Division to have accomplished the feat of achieving Caterpillar global standards and requirements in Sales Learning and Development.
To mark this milestone, Ms Xuemei Bo, Caterpillar representative from Beijing, along with Mr. Mani Rajan, District Manager – APD and his team handed over the SCDP-A certificate to Mr. Sunil Kumar Chaturvedi, Chairman and Managing Director and Ms. Meena Chaturvedi, Joint Managing Director at an event in Kolkata (HO). We were happy to host Mr. Jeffrey P Fitch, Division Manager-Caterpillar Global Dealer Learning who joined the occasion virtually, all the way from Peoria.
It is a gratifying moment for the entire Gainwell family and it takes us a step closer to becoming a future-ready organization.
