The state-of-the-art Electronic Engine Simulator will enhance the service personnel’s capability in Engine Electricals & Electronics through on-the-iron training. The simulator, which is a look alike of C15 engine, has been constructed on a wooden base thereby providing ease of mobility. Along with the Product Link, special features have been added to ensure safety while operating the simulator.
With the advent of electronic control systems in modern earthmoving machineries, it has become imperative for all technicians to gain an understanding of the functionality of electronic engine and provide service support par excellence to our customers. The simulator provides an optimum solution and combines classroom training with on-the-iron training and delivers efficient and effective learning sessions for internal service personnel as well as for customers.
During 2016, Gainwell had developed the basic electronic engine simulator and with the addition of the advanced version, the Technical Training Department is now geared to provide both Foundational and Advance level trainings.
Sudip Goswami and Amitava Gupta of Technical Training Department, are credited to have once again designed, developed and commissioned the Electronic Engine Simulator. Thanks to their dedicated contribution, the service personnel will be equipped with knowledge and confidence before stepping foot on a real machine.
